Summer Youngs has been a Real Estate Broker in Boulder County since 2002. She specializes in first-time home buyers, Affordable Housing, relocation to Boulder County, foreclosures, short sales, and investment properties. Summer started Property Colorado to provide a fresh alternative to buyers and sellers in the area. She is dedicated to education and helping people achieve homeownership throughout Boulder County.

Summer lives with her husband and two daughters in Boulder Heights. She loves all that our beautiful state has to offer including hiking, skiing, cycling, running, and snowshoeing.
